Our Investor Relations & Business Development Representatives work directly with some of the largest and most sophisticated institutional investors in the country. The Investor Relations & Business Development Representative support H. Albert Corp investor relationships and manage all funds while leveraging portfolios to meet the investors acquisitions needs.  The Investor Relations & Business Development Representative also structures transactions to maximize returns and interfaces often with our other business groups to deliver value for our investors.

Analyst: REI Relations & Business Development

 

The Real Estate Investor Relations & Business Development Representative supports relationships with TIP Program partners.  The Real Estate Investor Relations & Business Development Representative has a significant interface with the core team members of H. Albert Corp and the firm’s Investor Network, legal and the compliance department. An Analyst will assist with multiple projects at one time such as constructing investor presentations, assisting with investor due diligence requests, conducting market research, and supporting the closing process. An Analyst will be expected to understand the basic fundamentals of real estate investments.
